Legislator Burrows pleads guilty to disorderly conduct, pays fine in cocaine case (The Journal News)

Westchester County Legislator Gordon Burrows pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct and paid a $250 fine stemming from charges that he used cocaine during a vacation in upstate New York.
